As America’s first “Miss Sake USA”, she’s dedicated her career to sharing the beauty of Japanese culture, food, and drink with the world.
After years in New York’s hospitality scene — with experience at Sakamai, Ippudo, Tokyo Record Bar, and as Marketing Director at Sake Discoveries — Jessica founded Happi Hour to blend authenticity with celebration.
Inspired by Japan’s matsuri (festivals) and the rising sun, she brings people together through laughter, connection, and culture.
Jessica leads Happi Hour as the Brand of the Rising Fun — where tradition meets celebration, and every moment is a reason to say kanpai!
