Born to a Japanese mother and an American father, Jessica has spent her life bridging cultures and now, she brings that same spirit of connection to Happi Hour. As America’s first “Miss Sake USA”, she’s dedicated her career to sharing the beauty of Japanese culture, food, and drink with the world.
Jessica has spent nearly two decades in New York’s hospitality scene with experience at Soba Totto, Bohemian, Sakamai, Ippudo, Tokyo Record Bar, and as the Marketing Director at Sake Discoveries.
Inspired by Japan’s matsuri (festivals), Jessica founded Happi Hour to guide everyone to the common ground where tradition meets celebration. Her hope is that every moment at her events is a reason to say kanpai! (Cheers!)
